VYLLO is a premium UK direct-to-consumer wellness brand specialising in shower filtration. We make one thing, and we try to make it properly: a complete filtered shower system, delivered as a single kit, with everything needed to fit it in a few minutes — no tools, no plumber, no second order.
Why we started
Most shower filters are sold as a component rather than a solution. You buy a cartridge, then discover you also need a hose. Then a bracket. Then plumbing tape. Three deliveries later, you've assembled something that works but never felt considered. We thought that was the wrong way round — particularly in a country where hard water is a daily reality for a large share of households, and where a growing number of people are renting rather than renovating. A shower upgrade shouldn't require permission, tools, or a fitted bathroom. So we built the opposite: one box, one price, everything inside, designed to be lifted out and installed the same evening it arrives.
What "complete" actually means
The VYLLO Vitamin C Shower Filter Kit contains nine items — the handheld shower filter, an inline Vitamin C filter, a stainless steel hose, a matte black wall bracket, PTFE tape, replacement PP cotton filters (three in total, one pre-installed), a welcome card, an installation guide, and the premium gift box it all arrives in. Nothing is sold separately at launch. Nothing essential is missing. That's the whole idea.
What we believe
Educate before selling. If you understand what a shower filter does — and doesn't do — you'll be a happier customer and a more forgiving one. Design is not decoration. Matte black, brushed gold, a box worth keeping. Your bathroom is a room you use twice a day; it deserves the same attention as the rest of your home. Say less, mean more. We'd rather make three claims we can stand behind than thirty we can't.
How we talk about results
This matters enough to put in writing. VYLLO's filtration is designed to help reduce chlorine and sediment in your shower water, and to support softer-feeling skin and healthier-looking hair over time. What we won't tell you is that it removes anything entirely, cures anything, or transforms your hair in a fixed number of days. Water quality varies by region, household and season. Skin and hair respond differently from person to person. Any brand promising you a guaranteed outcome on a timeline is guessing — or worse. We also don't display star ratings or review counts until we have genuine customer reviews to show. When they arrive, they'll be real, and some of them won't be five stars.

VYLLO is designed in the United Kingdom and manufactured to our specification by our production partner overseas. We're clear about that because you'd find out anyway, and because where something is made matters less than whether the brand behind it stands behind it.
We're new — and we'd rather say so
VYLLO launched in 2026. We don't have a decade of heritage or thousands of reviews, and we're not going to borrow either. What we do have is a product we use ourselves every day, a founder who reads every email, and a genuine interest in the first hundred people who take a chance on us.
