Yes. VYLLO uses standard G1/2 shower connections commonly found in UK handheld shower systems.

Compatibility should still be checked before ordering, particularly for unusual fittings or manual-start water heaters.

No. VYLLO is a shower filtration system designed to help reduce chlorine exposure and capture visible particles.

It does not remove dissolved hardness minerals like a whole-home water softener.

Four. The VYLLO handheld has four spray modes:

• Rainfall
• Massage
• Mixed
• Spray Gun

It also includes a separate Pause Water-Flow Button for temporary flow control.

Approximately every 15 days. Replace the internal PP cotton filter around this interval, adjusting for water quality, shower frequency and visible discolouration.

Three in total. Two are supplied as replacements and one comes pre-installed inside the handheld:

• One pre-installed inside the handheld.
• Two replacement filters included.

Yes. The inline filter may be fitted between an existing handheld shower and hose.

However this setup does not provide:

• Internal PP cotton filtration
• Four spray modes
• Silicone massage bristles
• Pause Water-Flow Button

No. The Pause button temporarily controls water flow at the handheld.

The shower mixer or tap should still be switched off after use.

No. Most customers can install the system themselves using standard UK shower fittings, and no specialist tools are normally required.

No. The supplied matte black wall bracket uses an adhesive mounting system.

Install it only on a clean, dry and suitable surface following the installation instructions.

No. The VYLLO handheld is designed to provide high-pressure shower performance.

Actual pressure depends on the property's plumbing and water system.

A gentle French Lavender aroma. The inline filter is designed to create a calming, spa-inspired shower experience.

Scent intensity may vary during the filter's usable lifespan.
